LeadRadar Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2026 • RapidOps Labs

At RapidOps Labs, we engineer local-first, privacy-respecting software. This Privacy Policy details how LeadRadar Desktop handles data.

1. 100% On-Device Processing

LeadRadar is built as a native desktop application. All web scraping, parsing, data transformation, deduplication, and export operations happen entirely on your computer's local hardware. Extracted lead records are stored locally in your app data directory and are never uploaded to RapidOps servers.

2. Zero Third-Party Telemetry & Analytics

LeadRadar does not embed third-party tracking scripts, advertising SDKs, session replay trackers, or behavior profiling tools. We do not monitor the keywords you search, the cities you target, or the lead volumes you extract.

3. Public Commercial Directory Data

LeadRadar accesses only publicly listed commercial business data made available on public search and mapping directories for consumer discovery. The application does not bypass password-protected consumer portals or access private personal account databases.

4. Cryptographic Licensing & Hardware Binding

When you activate a purchased license key, LeadRadar computes an anonymous cryptographic hash of your system identifiers (e.g. CPU architecture, machine ID) solely to prevent unauthorized multi-device license cloning. This hash is processed cryptographically and contains no identifiable personal information.

5. Webhooks & Direct CRM Integrations

If you choose to use the Webhook Sync feature to push leads into Zapier, Make.com, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot, the payload is transmitted directly from your local machine to the destination webhook URL you configure. RapidOps never acts as a proxy or middleman for your CRM data.
